Thompson Ledge Dairy

Established in 1936 as a Miscellaneous club, the Thompson Ledge Dairy 4-H Club now has twenty members. It is one of the oldest clubs in the area!

Where Club Meets: The club meets at the Montville Community Center or members’ homes.

Advisors: Bob Lawson, Cheryl Carr, and Alexa Holbert

Main Club Project: We focus on Dairy.

Other Club Activities: This past December, the club held a Christmas party “Meet and Greet” to strengthen relationships. As a field trip, they hope to tour Witmer’s Feed & Grain this year. For Community Service, the club has collected food for the Geauga County Hunger Task Force.
