Giggles-n-Stitches

The Giggles-n-Stitches 4-H Sewing Club is a large, fun group!  The older teens help teach younger members.  The club has had a lot of State Fair winners!  Formerly named The Polly Pinners for about fifteen years, the club has operated as Giggles-n-Stitches for the past three years.

Where the Club Meets: The club meets at the Solon Community Church afternoons.

Advisors: Elizabeth Heisey, MaryEllen Hoffman, and Rosie Meek

Club Projects: We focus on Sewing.

Other Club Activities: For Community Service, the Giggles-n-Stitches 4-H Club has sewn blankets for Project Linus for hospitalized children, has made cooling scarves for soldiers in Iraq, and has made Christmas gifts for teen girls through Geauga Family Services.
