Geauga Caprine Kids

Our club meets at the Patterson Center the third Saturday of November, and January through August.

Advisors: Pat and Linton Sharpnack, Vivian Taylor, Rachael and Jim Toth

Projects carried: Wide variety- meat and dairy goats, poultry and turkey projects and swine. Also have advisor expertise in rabbit, beekeeping, photography, and small animals (cavies).

Activities include volunteer activities with the Pancake breakfasts in March, Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets for those in need, Visiting Blossom Hill Nursing Home with "baby" animals; food drive; Promotion activities with the extension office; Club members active in Junior Leaders, Leadership Camp and Junior Fairboard. Family Picnics and activities throughout the year.
